Each cuff is made using sustainable stainless steel. Our Gold Cuff has an 18K gold-plating. Each cuff is water-resistant, however for the longevity of the cuff, we recommend avoiding water contact.
Each cuff was designed to fit all sizes of wrists. They are unisex and can fit perfectly on both men & women.
For a tighter, more snug fit, we recommend bringing the ends of the cuffs closer together with a little force. For a looser fit, we recommend pulling the ends of the cuffs apart with a little force.
Your cuff will not require much work. We do, again, recommend avoiding water contact despite the cuffs being water-resistant if you'd like your cuff to last you a lifetime.
To maintain the curved shape of the cuff, excessive bending or pulling is not recommended unless you are doing this to put on/take off the cuff OR to tighten/loosen the grip.
We do include a cleaning cloth for when you want to polish up your cuff for any special outings or occasions.
Please allow 1-2 hours after placing an order for an order confirmation email to be sent. If you did not receive one after this time and it is not in your spam folder, chances are the order was not fully placed or that your email was entered incorrectly.

If you are concerned about having your card charged twice, we suggest waiting 1-2 hours after your first try to confirm that your order was or was not placed. You would receive a confirmation email if your payment successfully went through within the first 1-2 hours.
We do offer Priority FedEx fast shipping. The shipping times with this method are between 3-6 business days.
If you have not received your package, and it's been over 27 days, it may have been lost in transit by USPS, FedEx, or our international shipping forwarder. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can address this issue.
After placing your order, please allow 1-2 days for your products to be engraved, packaged, and shipped out. Once shipped, your order will automatically update and show your tracking number. This tracking number will also be emailed to you as a confirmation that your order has been shipped.

If your order was an international order and FedEx was not used, you can copy and paste the tracking number into Google and it will show the updates with your local shipping company.
If you're having issues seeing your tracking number, please email us at email@example.com with your full name, order number, and email address used to place the order.
Orders that cannot be delivered are generally due to issues in the shipping address typed by the customer or if the customer did not include a phone number on the order. This would require us to re-ship. If this occurs, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detail as possible. We will try our best to re-ship your order, but each case will be assessed individually.
If we make a mistake on your order with the engraving or wrong product, we will do everything possible to correct this. Please email us through our contact page at email@example.com with as much detail about your order as possible. Please include screenshots of your order confirmation with the engraving you chose and photos of the engraving you received as this will help speed up the process.
We highly recommend double-checking your order confirmation with the engraving you chose 2 hours after placing an order, so no mistakes occur on the customer side.
Generally, shipping takes 5-7 business days. However, due to what's occurring throughout the world with COVID-19, we're noticing the average being closer to 12-15 business days at this time.
If you do order using Priority FedEx, the shipping should only take 3-5 business days. This is our fastest shipping option.
